The Site is owned and operated by Kaya Ventures LLC ("Comp Case Review," "we," "us," or "our"). Deadlines for reporting a workplace injury and filing a workers' compensation claim vary by state and may be brief, and submission of information through the Site does not constitute notice to any employer or the filing of any claim.
